Sleepinzzz is an established bedding and mattress brand owned and operated by Mittal Texo Fab, founded in 1980 in Panipat, Haryana. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not proceed with browsing or ordering.

2. Products, Sizing & Specifications

Sleepinzzz manufactures and retails premium sleep comfort goods, including pocket spring mattresses, HR foam mattresses, rebonded foam mattresses, microfibre pillows, memory foam contour pillows, 400 GSM quilts, cushions, and bolsters.

• Dimensions: Standard Indian mattress sizes (Single, Queen, King) and custom sizes are crafted to precise tolerances. Slight standard industry variations (±0.5 inch) may occur in handmade quilted finishes.
• Visual Representation: We make every effort to display fabric textures, piping colors, and finishes accurately. Monitor color settings may cause slight variations from the actual delivered piece.

3. Ordering via WhatsApp & Verification

To offer a personalized, guided experience, Sleepinzzz features a direct WhatsApp Ordering Concierge. When clicking “Order on WhatsApp”, your product choice is pre-filled.

An order is confirmed only after our team verifies the delivery address, chosen dimensions/specifications, and selected payment preference. You will receive an official order confirmation message with an order ID.

4. Pricing, Payment & Cash on Delivery (COD)

• Pricing: All listed prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of all applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST).
• Payment Options: We support Cash on Delivery (COD), UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), and direct bank transfers.
• COD Terms: Cash on Delivery is available across major serviceable pincodes in India. High-value custom-dimension mattress orders may require a nominal advance confirmation deposit before manufacturing.

5. Shipping, Delivery & Returns

We provide free doorstep delivery across India. Complete shipping timelines, courier tracking, and return/replacement eligibility are governed by our dedicated Shipping, Returns & COD Policy.

6. Mattress Warranty Policy

Sleepinzzz mattresses are backed by our manufacturer warranty (up to 10 years depending on the specific model):

• What Is Covered: Deep structural indentation or permanent body impression exceeding 1.5 inches, core foam breakdown, and spring coil deformation under normal domestic usage on an appropriate flat base.
• What Is Excluded: Normal softening over time, external fabric burns, cuts, liquid stains, improper support base usage, or commercial abuse.

7. Intellectual Property

All logos, brand names, visual media, text copy, graphic designs, product names, and code on sleepinzzz.com are the exclusive intellectual property of Mittal Texo Fab. Any reproduction, distribution, or unauthorized commercial use is strictly prohibited.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Panipat, Haryana, India.
