1. Shipping & Delivery Coverage

Sleepinzzz provides nationwide delivery across India. All mattresses, pillows, quilts, bolsters, and cushions are packed in heavy-gauge protective film or reinforced carton boxes to prevent moisture, dust, or handling damage during transit.

• Dispatch Time: In-stock items (pillows, quilts, standard mattresses) are dispatched within 24 to 48 hours of order confirmation. Custom-sized mattresses are manufactured in-house and dispatched within 3 to 5 working days.
• Estimated Delivery Time:
  • North India & Delhi NCR: 2 to 4 business days
  • Metro Cities & Tier 1: 3 to 6 business days
  • Rest of India: 5 to 8 business days
• Tracking: As soon as your shipment is picked up by our logistics partner, you will receive real-time tracking information on your WhatsApp number and email.

2. Cash on Delivery (COD) Terms

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for your convenience across supported pincodes:

• Our concierge team will verify your address and contact details over WhatsApp before dispatching.
• Please keep the exact cash amount ready upon delivery, or pay digitally via UPI QR code presented by the courier representative.
• For custom or non-standard mattress dimensions, a nominal advance deposit may be requested to confirm your custom order.

3. Returns, Replacements & Damaged Goods

We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged in transit, or different from your order specifications, we offer a straightforward replacement process:

Note: For hygiene reasons, bedding items such as pillows and quilts must be in unwashed, original condition with brand tags intact for non-defect return requests.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

You may cancel your order free of charge at any time before it has been dispatched from our Panipat manufacturing facility. Once an order is canceled, prepaid amounts (UPI/Card/Bank) are refunded to the original payment source within 3 to 5 business days.
